About STEPHEN SIU  蕭文龍

 Stephen was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the United States in 1987 with his family.  He received his AA degree from Mt. SAC College, Walnut CA and further finished his BA studies at CAL State University Fullerton, with a major in Business.  After his graduation, Stephen started out as a Management Trainee at First Interstate Bank/ Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., where he received his formal training in banking and underwriting.  Stephen later joined the Boeing Company and Perot Systems and stayed there for more than six years, where he also developed many other important business skills such as project management, government procurement and contract administration, that also led to much of his today’s success.  After spending many years in the American’s Corporate World, Stephen finally made his official move and became an independent Loan Officer at Streamline Funding Group and quickly became Partner in 2002.  They’ve changed its name to C.C. LENDING and BESTRATELENDING.com with offices in Southern and Northern California.  Stephen held position as Vice President and Director of Sales & Marketing for over five years.  In 2007, Stephen and his 100% owned company, Siu’s Investment, Inc. continued his mortgage business endeavor by forming successful strategic partnerships with ACG FUNDING in the city of Industry and Premiere Mortgage and Investment, a Direct Lender, in the city of Walnut.  Today, Stephen is actively involved in many aspects of real estate business including residential and commercial finances, commercial leasing as well as REO investments.  His newly formed company, APL Management & Leasing, Inc. is the exclusive leasing agent for the renowned Victoria Promenade Shopping Center (i.e. www.victoriapromenade.com)  in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
